2. After acceptance ensure the item(s) are returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
3. Include the invoice with your return shipment.
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are your responsibility.
5. Return the item(s) in the original shipping box.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you paid via other methods, such as PayPal or gift card, the refund will be issued accordingly.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days. Please monitor your bank account closely, as the credit timing may vary depending on your financial institution. If your return is not approved, we will contact you directly to discuss the next steps.
