**Shipping Policy**

Shipping will take place 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

After your order is shipped it will take 7-10 days to receive your order.

Please note customers ordering outside Europe will be responsible for all import tax charges.

**Return Policy**

Our return policy applies to products purchased directly from our website.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to make a return.

Please note that certain items, such as products purchased during a sale, are not eligible for return. However, they can be exchanged for another size if available. Please ensure to carefully consider your order before purchase. Additionally, defective products or order issues should be reported to us via email for prompt assistance. Items, such as underwear, swimwear, or personalized items, are not eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

If you wish to return an item purchased online, please follow these steps:

1. Send us an e-mail explaining your request for a return
2. After acceptance ensure the item(s) are returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
3. Include the invoice with your return shipment.
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are your responsibility.
5. Return the item(s) in the original shipping box.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you paid via other methods, such as PayPal or gift card, the refund will be issued accordingly.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days. Please monitor your bank account closely, as the credit timing may vary depending on your financial institution. If your return is not approved, we will contact you directly to discuss the next steps. The credit will be reflected in your account within a few business days, depending on your financial institution.
